About us
The Brunch Club was founded with the vision of creating a fun, upscale breakfast and lunch spot where everyone could feel at home. Our menu features many breakfast and lunch classics, all made from scratch, with something for everyone. We pride ourselves on offering numerous gluten-free and vegan options to be inclusive of all. We also carry a great selection of locally made NH products available for purchase, ranging from tea to hot sauce and maple syrup.
Meet The Owner Connor
I first started working in restaurants when I was fifteen, washing dishes at the Airfield Cafe in North Hampton. Over my time in the industry, I worked in numerous restaurants in a variety of roles from serving to managing. I obtained my master's in criminal justice from Boston University and planned to go into law enforcement; however, part of me had toyed with the idea of opening my restaurant. While working as the general manager at the Community Oven in Hampton, I gained valuable insight into operating a business and realized my true passion was hospitality. When I acquired the space that was formerly 2 Home Cooks, I was not sure of my vision; however, I knew it had to remain breakfast and lunch based on restrictions in the lease. After a lot of thought, 'The Brunch Club' began to take shape as an affordable but upscale breakfast and lunch joint. One of my favorite things about working in restaurants that people often forget or overlook is that we are doing more than just providing a meal. We are providing a warm and welcoming environment for people to come together and enjoy quality time with friends, family, and loved ones. I've been there to help celebrate countless birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. I've also been there to mourn the loss of loved ones and to be a friend for those in need. Something as small as providing a meal and genuine hospitality can be so impactful to those who come through the doors. I look forward to getting to know you all and welcoming you to the Brunch Club family!
Meet the Executive Chef Andrew
Andrew Holt has been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. He has worked as a line cook, breakfast chef, a server, a bartender, and a manager in various restaurants in New Hampshire, Denver, CO, and St. Louis, MO. Before becoming Head Chef at The Brunch Club, Andrew was the breakfast chef at a top local resort. He enjoys cooking a wide variety of cuisines and is passionate about making delicious food for his guests. Andrew strives to make sure each of his guests has a memorable meal and experience through his food. Over his many years in the restaurant industry, Andrew has had the pleasure of working alongside several incredible chefs who have inspired him to keep learning and growing. Andrew is excited to bring delicious and unique breakfast and lunch dishes to the Dover community and all the visitors at The Brunch Club. He lives in Dover with his wife Janine and their daughter Naomi.e to unwind and savor a delightful meal. Our diverse menu caters to every palate, whether you're looking for a leisurely dinner with loved ones, a quick lunch catch-up with friends, or a solo meal at the bar. The Brunch Club offers a relaxed setting where laughter flows as freely as the conversation. Come as you are, and leave with a satisfied heart, a full stomach, and a smile.
Meet the General Manager, Tomer
Tomer is very excited to be a part of the restaurant industry in Dover as the General Manager of The Brunch Club. You will see Tomer doing a little of everything, from serving, shaking up drinks, and washing dishes. Having worked in various front-of-house positions over the last few years, as well as in many other managerial roles as a salesman, entertainer, and project leader, Tomer is ready to bring his upbeat energy and passion for creating unforgettable experiences to the team! Tomer's focus on customer service and his dedication to excellence have led him to understand the importance of creating an environment where everybody can be themselves, relax, and enjoy great food with great friends! You might have also seen Tomer on stage around the seacoas, acting or playing music with his band Bitter Pill. Tomer lives in Portsmouth with his wife Adele and their beautiful little cat Caleb.
